These tests can be performed on a walk-in basis, however we appreciate making appointments for Audiograms and Pulmonary Function Tests. Drug and Alcohol Screenings will be performed on a walk-in basis Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm. Drug screens are ONLY performed for employment purposes.
Drug and Alcohol Screening:
All Drug Screens will be performed Monday- Friday 8:30- 4:00. Due to the large volume of companies having drug screens performed, we ask that all Random and Pre-employment drug screens bring in a authorization from your company to ensure the correct testing is done. Here are some sample authorization forms. ALL Drug screens need to bring a Photo ID and a full bladder!
*** If your company is in need of a Third Party Administrator (TPA) for random selections Sugarland Walk-In Clinic does NOT offer that service. However some TPA’s in the area are:

Department of Transportation Physical $145 DOT Physicals are provided by Certified Medical Examiners who are present during business hours. This physical includes hearing, vision, and a urinalysis.
